The Tool Bar is a series of buttons located above the Patron Window and below the Menu Bar. Each button has a specialized but generic function so that it is useable for the same function in many different areas. The Tool Bar allows quick access to commands and other modules of Theatre Manager.
Note:
The Tool Bar is used in conjunction with the top window. If the
Patron window is the top, (or only) window open, then the Tool Bar is
used with the Patron window. If the Plays and Dates window is the
top, (or only) window open, then the Tool Bar will be used in
conjunction with it. The buttons on the Tool Bar may be used when
they are highlighted. If a button is dimmed out, it has no use at the
current time.

FIND Locates a specific record for the top window. |

FIRST Locates the first record in the database for the top window. |
|
|
PREVIOUS Locates the previous record prior to the current record. |
|
|
NEXT Locates the next record after the current record. |
|
|
LAST Locates the last record in the database for the top window. |
|
|
INSERT Inserts a new record for the top window. |
|
|
SAVE This is used to save a new record or a change to a record. |
|
|
REVERT This is used to revert to a previously saved record. |
|
|
DELETE This is used to delete a record from the top window. |
|
|
LIST This provides a listing of all records for the top window. |
|
|
PRINT This prints or displays, a report relevant to the top window. |
|
|
PATRON This opens the patron window, or moves it to the top. |
|
|
DONATION This opens the donation window, or moves it to the top. |
|
|
PERSONNEL This enables quick access to the personnel module. |
|
|
REPORTS This enables quick access to the reports module. |
|
|
LETTERS This opens a list of useable form letters that can be merged. |
|
|
HELP This opens the online help for the top window. |
