Introduction

Code Tables are used to control the values that may be selected in user defined fields. The values entered for each Code Table category appear in a Drop Down, Pop Up field, or Calculated fields. Add new values to the Code Tables when required and create as many values for the Code Tables that your company requires.

Alpha-numeric lookup values have a maximum of 6 characters/numbers. Numeric lookup values have maximum of 8 numbers. Editing or deleting Code Table Values is not recommended after they have been used.

Access to Code Tables is through the Setup Menu.
