Personnel Status

The Personnel History window has a Status field to maintain the status of personnel and volunteers.

 

 

Inserting a New Personnel Status

  1. Click the Insert Button on the Toolbar.

    The entry of Personnel Status Window will appear.

  2. Enter the Personnel Status.

    The Activity code is the code table Lookup Value. Eg. Active, Inactive, Unknown.

  3. Click Save.

    The Personnel Status is now saved.

 

Deleting Personnel Status

  1. Click on the Personnel Status that will be Deleted.

    The Personnel Status should now be highlighted.

  2. Click the Delete Button on the Toolbar.

    The following Dialogue Box will appear:

  3. Click Yes to Delete the Personnel Status.

    The Personnel Status is now be deleted.
