Media Types

The Media Types are used to maintain the type of press for members of the media.

Inserting a New Media Type

1. Click the Insert Button on the Toolbar.

   The entry of Media Type window will appear.

   

2. Enter the Media Type.

   Values like Radio, Television, Theatre Newsletter, Morning Newspaper, Evening Newspaper.

3. Click Save.

   The new Media Type is now saved.

Deleting a Media Type

It is not recommended that you delete a media type unless all patrons using this media type have been given a new media type or, their patron record no longer exists.

1. Click on the Media Type that will be Deleted.

   The media type should now be highlighted.

2. Click the Delete Button on the Toolbar.

   The following Dialogue Box will appear:

   

3. Click Yes to Delete the Media Type.
