Reasons to Buy

The Reasons to Buy code table is used to maintain what made the patron purchase tickets. This code table is used on the payment window. This can be used for determining the effectiveness of the marketing tools your company is using. It is recommended that this code table be very specific in listing all possible reasons for why patrons buy tickets.

Inserting a New Reason To Buy

1. Click the Insert Button on the Toolbar.

   The entry of Reasons to Buy window will appear.

   

2. Enter the Reason to Buy.

   Refer to the Reasons to Buy Code Table picture for examples.

3. Click Save.

   The new reason is now saved.

Deleting a Reason to Buy

The why did patron buy report will still include the recently deleted reason for buying, so you are still able to run marketing reports for the deleted value.

1. Click on the Reason that will be Deleted.

   The Reason to Buy should now be highlighted.

2. Click the Delete Button on the Toolbar.

   The following Dialogue Box will appear:

   

3. Click Yes to Delete Reason.

   The reason to buy is now be deleted.
