Purpose
The Count of Records (by full Zip/Postal Code) displays all full zip/postal codes in the system, how many times they are in the system and their percentage of frequency.
Benefits
Allows the user to easily determine what specific area their patrons live.
Criteria Hints
When using this report the user must select a file to use for the report. The criteria that the user can choose from is completely dependant on the file that is initially selected.
When to Print
This report is useful to print if the user wants to do very
accurate target marketing of their patrons, based on where they
live.
