Using Theatre Manager

Starting Theatre Manager

1. Double Click the Theatre Manager Desktop Icon.

   The Theatre Manager short cut icon will appear on the desktop after installation.

    

2. If Asked Select the Database.

   Select the database by highlighting it and then clicking the "Open" button.

      	The first time Theatre Manager is opened you are required to select a data file. Select DEMO.df1, it will be located in the Theatre Manager Folder. The next time Theatre Manager is opened it remembers the location of the data file.
      	When using the demonstration database, a message indicates that you are opening an evaluation copy and displays the expiration date of the evaluation copy.

    

   

    

3. Click OK.

   The log on window opens.

    

   

    

4. Click Master User, then Click Log On.

   The password window opens.

    

   

    

5. Type "Master", then Click OK.

Welcome to Theatre Manager. Along with the software a tutorial document has been included. It will guide the user through the main and important aspects of Theatre Manger.

Exiting Theatre Manager

1. Select Quit / Exit from File Menu.

    

2. The User may also Press apple Q or ctrl Q.
