Entering A Serial Number

1. Start Theatre Manager.

    

2. Open About Theatre Manager.

   Macintosh, click the Apple Symbol, Windows click Setup. Once this has been done click "About Theatre Manager." The About Theatre Manager window will open.

    

   

    

3. Click Change Serial Number.

    

   

    

4. Fill in the Blanks.

   Type in the User Name, Company Name, and Serial Number. A unique serial number must be purchased from Arts Management Systems for every workstation on the network.

    

5. Click OK.

   This confirms the serial number that has just been entered. If it is correct the About Theatre Manager window will return. If it is incorrect the user will be asked to type the number in again.

    

6. Click OK.
