Installing From CD - Macintosh

 

  1. Insert Theatre Manager Installation CD.

    The Theatre Manager CD icon will appear on the desktop.

     

  2. Double Click the Theatre Manager CD Icon.

    The Theatre Manager CD folder opens.





  3. Double Click TMSetup.

    This begins the installation and opens the Arts Management Systems splash screen.





  4. Click Continue.


    The TMSetup installation options window opens.





  5. Click Install.

    Theatre Manager starts installing.


    1. When the TMSetup installation options window opens it will default to "Easy Install." This installs Theatre Manager, a demonstration database, and a tutorial document. A "Custom Install" option can be accessed by clicking on the "Easy Install" drop down box, (located in the upper left hand corner of the TMSetup installation options window) and selecting "Custom Install." This option will allow the user to select the individual components of Theatre Manger to install.

      The Select Folder button is used to specify where Theatre Manager will be installed.




    As Theatre Manager is installing a progress window will appear. This is a visual reference that keeps track of how much of Theatre Manager is left to be installed.





    When the installation is fully completed, the following dialogue box appears.





  6. Click Restart.

    Clicking restart completes the installation. When the computer is restarted Theatre Manager can be used.
